Learners today are increasingly looking to explore information on their own, learn independently and learn only what's relevant to them based on their personal preferences. My eLearning Content Curation approach resonates with the way they look for instant and relevant information in this age of Internet. I help curate content, so that it's easier to find, filter and organize. This content can then be offered to learners through any media.
My micro-learning solutions approach includes identifying the right content - just the right amount of it and delivering it through short bursts with meaningful interactivity and the most relevant visuals. I chunk content into just-in-time learning that is mobile-supported, making for a focused, self-directed learning experience that excites learners. All micro-learning solutions are designed to be easily searchable on any learning platform.
In this day and age of virtual interactivity and multi-channel learning preferences, stand-alone classroom trainings or eLearning courses may not be enough. A good blend of eLearning and instructor-led (ILT) or virtual instructor-led (VILT) is needed. I create robust ILT and VILT programs that fully engage learners. I incorporate fun, realistic and challenging games that help promote retention and behavior change.
Mobile learning strategies and solutions are designed to allow learners to use the same course across devices. I develop mobile learning that improves performance by delivering objective-critical information in easily digestible chunks. This course was designed in Adobe Captivate to inform the learners about the new Outage Customer Communication solution that had been developed for both the sales and Online Customer Performance Engineer (OCPE) teams to use during P1 and P0 outages. In the course, we explained the benefits of this new solution for the learners and demonstrated how to complete the form when an outage occurs. Slide 21 onwards, the learners are taught how to complete the form via a simulation. It contains interactivity and knowledge check.
